Peppermint Essential Oil-Top Tips

Peppermint essential oil invigorates mind, body and soul. If you have ever smelled this one, you’ll agree!

-put a couple of drops in your diffuser with Wild Orange in the morning to perk everyone up and get them off to school/work fresh and chirpy

-if you are in need of a quick boost mid afternoon, inhale a drop of peppermint from your palms (mind your eyes as this is a potent oil!)

-for a sensitive tummy, a drop of Peppermint in a glass of water will help

-for head tension inhale from your palms and touch a drop onto your temples, apply diluted to the back of your neck

-humans love Peppermint but insects don’t, so if you need to deter insects eg ants without using toxic chemicals, make a Peppermint and water spray and spray the area

-gargle with a drop of Peppermint in water to freshen up your mouth

-add Peppermint to Lemon and Lavender in your diffuser to soothe an itchy nose/eyes
